We are on the road again and on our way to El Paso.

We ended up camping in the Santa Fe National Forest because most all of the national/state campgrounds we came across near the Mesa Verde N.P. are closed this time of the year.  Apparently the prospect of snow increases.  Much to our surprise.

So, we roll into a campsite late in the night and wake up the next morning to 2 inches of snow on the ground!  It was quite beautiful to be truthful but we were a little concerned about getting out because all of the road signs gave dire warnings about the impassability of the roadways with snow.  Fortunately we made it smoothly and are headed to sunnier climes, the forcast looks really pleasant for the El Paso area.
Hope everyone is well.

Cheers,

VA and Ryan
